Please read these terms before you use the website or place an order. By doing so, you agree to them.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with HOMING GAME CO., LIMITED (“we”, “us”). They should be read together with our Shipping policy, Return & Refund policy and Privacy policy.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You need an account to check out. Please give accurate information, keep your password secret, and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens, and small differences in packaging or specification may occur. If a product page shows “Price on request”, contact us for a quotation.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Shipping cost is added at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not included (see our Shipping policy). If we find an obvious pricing error we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Placing an order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your payment and prepare your order for dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or stock error, a problem with payment, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order we refund you in full.
Payment
We accept bank wire, Western Union, USDT, Visa and PayPal. Payment instructions are shown at checkout. Please pay the exact amount, send USDT only on the network we show, and keep your receipt or transaction ID. Any bank, transfer or network charges on your side are paid by you. We start processing your order after your payment is confirmed.
Shipping and delivery
We ship from Hong Kong. Shipping methods, costs, delivery estimates and customs duties are explained in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund policy explains when you can return an item and how refunds are paid.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, layout and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Other brand names and trademarks shown belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, send harmful code, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. If you post a review or message, you give us permission to display it, and you confirm that it is truthful and does not break the law.
Disclaimers and liability
We provide the website and products with reasonable care, but to the extent the law allows we do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. If there is a problem, please contact us first so we can try to solve it quickly. Mandatory consumer rights in your own country are not affected.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
