Shipping policy
Every order is packed and dispatched by us from Hong Kong. Here is how shipping works, from payment to your door.
Order processing
We start processing your order once your payment has been confirmed. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, not counting weekends and public holidays in Hong Kong.
Payment by bank wire, Western Union or USDT can take longer to confirm than a card or PayPal payment. Please send or upload your payment proof when it is requested; it helps us confirm your payment faster.
Shipping methods
We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS and China Post. The methods available to you depend on your destination and the weight of your order. At checkout you will see every available method, with its shipping cost and estimated delivery time, before you pay.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated from your destination, the shipping method you choose and the weight of your order. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and taxes are not included (see below).
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time for each shipping method is shown at checkout. These are carrier estimates, counted from the day your parcel is dispatched rather than the day you order. Customs, weather, holidays and other events outside our control can cause delays.
Tracking your order
You receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. Follow your order any time under Track order, or on the carrier’s website with your tracking number. Tracking updates can take a day or two to appear after dispatch.
Where we ship
We ship from Hong Kong to customers in the US, the UK and Europe, and to many other countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact hominggame224@gmail.com or our contact page before you order and we will check whether we can deliver there.
Customs, duties and taxes
Parcels shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, VAT or other taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs, are not included in our prices or shipping cost, and are paid by the recipient. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Address and delivery problems
Please check your shipping address carefully before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address is wrong or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we will contact you, and the cost of sending it again is paid by the buyer.
If your parcel is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number within 7 days of delivery (or of the latest estimated delivery date). For damage, please include photos of the parcel and the items. We will work with the carrier to resolve it. See also our Return & Refund policy.
